I finally got around to unboxing my pen yesterday and I wanted to thank you sincerely for the effort you've put into the pen.
The pen is immaculately crafted and you have paid amazing attention to detail. I really appreciate the work you have put into crafting the pen, as well as your great communication and consistent updates on the status of the pen. The pen writes amazingly but the real treasure is of course the custom work that you so carefully created.
This is one of my most treasured pens now and I really look forward to shopping more of your items in the future.
